Instructions to prepare Instant Ragi porridge:
- Add 2 teaspoons of the powder in a sterilized metal bowl
- Add 20 ml of cold water to the bowl and stir continuously to make a smooth paste ,First adding cold water will help reduce the lumps in the porridge.
- Add dates powder or jaggery for sweetness
- Keep this mixture on a stove on a medium flame. Continuously stir this mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- You can add some jaggery to sweeten the porridge.
- Now add 20-30 ml of warm/hot water and stir continuously and feed warm to your baby.
How to make it yummier?
- Grate a fresh carrot or beetroot and add the squeezed juice
- You can also cook it with vegetable broth to make it more nutritious
